Prosecutor will ask the grand jury to indict Megan Boswell in the death of Evelyn Boswell

Megan Boswell got more bad news, on this Good Friday, after Sullivan County Assistant District Attorney (ADA) Teresa Nelson said that she will ask the grand jury to indict Megan Boswell in the death of 15-month-old Evelyn Boswell.

Teresa Nelson told Judge James Goodwin that it would take her sometime between May 20, 2020, and June 19, 2020, to go through mountain of evidence the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations (TBI) have gathered in order to properly present her case against Megan Boswell to the grand jury.

The Knox News folks quoted Nelson as saying to the judge, “There’s more than probably 25 hours of just videos of the defendant talking. It’s a voluminous file. I have been working on that, but at this point, I’m not quite ready.”

Now, I know there are those of you who are wondering why ADA Nelson can’t just go ahead and ask the grand jury to slap Megan Boswell with a handful of charges like the good ol’ fashion just murder charge, murder of a child under 12 years old, unlawful burying of a body, tampering with evidence, lying, and anything else they can hook her on.

Welp, that’s because it's not true that “a grand jury will indict a ham sandwich." Those folks on a grand jury want to see actual evidence.

You can’t just show up before a grand jury and say, “Rick stole my nachos!” The grand jury wants to see evidence that Rick stole your nachos. They want to see the golden cheese covering his lips. They want to see the crispy nachos hugging his fingertips. The grand jury wants to smell the hamburger meat, beans, jalapeno peppers, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream on Rick’s breath. The grand jury wants evidence, I tell ya!’

And just like a grand jury wants hard evidence showing that the chances are great that Rick stole your nachos, they want airtight evidence showing that the chances are great that a suspect is guilty of murder.

I’ma be honest with y’all. I think Megan Boswell is just as guilty as a middle age dad carrying around his dead wife’s body in a body bag. She’s lied about everything from being pregnant to not knowing where her 15-month-old daughter is.

As a matter of fact, all of that lying is what got her sitting in jail on a charge of lying to the police. And y’all know the ol' saying, “If you’ll lie, you’ll steal. If you’ll steal, then you’ll kill.”

The last time I checked, the police found Megan Boswell’s missing 15-month-old toddler daughter, Evelyn Boswell, dead in an unmarked grave in Megan Boswell’s daddy’s backyard. And that there led Judge Goodwin to increase Megan Boswell’s bond from $25,000 to $150,000.

The police aren’t looking at Megan Boswell’s daddy because he didn’t haul tail up the Mason Dixie line like Megan Boswell’s mama, Angela Boswell, and her step-young-daddy, William McCloud did.

Get this folks, Grandmamma Boswell and that “sugar baby” of hers didn’t haul tail up the Mason Dixie line until after the police issued an “Amber Alert” for Evelyn Boswell; which, by the way, didn’t come until two months after Megan Boswell decided to tell the police that she hadn’t seen her 15-month-old daughter in two months.

That there plus Angela Boswell and her young man getting themselves arrested on a charge of stealing a BMW and stealing $45.02 of Walmart’s stuff, which got them banned for life from Walmart, got everybody wanting the book to be thrown at the lot of them.

Y’all know the ol’ saying, “The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.” If your mama will steal, then you’ll steal. If you and your mama will steal, then the both of you will kill.

There’s already been a lot of lying and stealing going on and a dead body popping up after being missing for almost five months.

Mm-hmm, I have a feeling that Megan Boswell won’t be the only Boswell indicted in the murder of 15-month-old Evelyn Boswell.
